00:12 Throw our power play necktie over your neck with the blade on the right
00:15 Make the blade about 1 inch longer than the tip of your hand
00:18 Form the neck loop by crossing the blade over the tail
00:22 Hold the cross with two fingers
00:25 Make two front loops by taking the blade behind and in front of the tail twice.
00:38 Finish the knot with the blade up through the neck loop and then down through the front loop
00:49 I grab the tip of the blade with my two fingers and I hold the front loops in place
00:58 Then I tighten by pulling up on the back of the blade with my thumb as I pull down through the front loops
